Linear Array Detectors
Linear Detectors are designed for Dynamic application where either the product being inspected is moving past the X-Ray or the actual detector itself is moved over the object in order to capture and create continuous X-Ray images. Great examples of industrial applications include:
- Pipe Scanning
- Continuous Weld Scanning
- Production Line Scanning.
DXE’s Line Scanners are able to inspect components moving at a constant velocity up to 60m/minute.
The high-resolution TDI x-ray line scan cameras are designed for high-resolution radiographic in-line imaging applications. TDI is an established and effective scanning technology capable of increasing exposure times over conventional LDA systems without compromising scanning speed and inspection time.
